摘要 影响特细号纱棉结杂质的因素较多,缩短开清棉工艺流程,有利于减少对纤维的损伤、减少开清工序的棉结和短绒。采用优化清梳工序各主要工艺参数,优选分梳元件等措施可以降低结杂,同时要求车间空气净化程度较高,并合理控制温湿度。 The influent factors on neps and impurities of super fine yarn are many. Shorter process can reduce the damage of fibers and decrease the rate of neps and short fibers in blow-room. The aim is to improve yarn quality by optimization of main process parameters, optimal selection of key spinning equipments such as carding cloth. It requires higher degree of air purification and proper temperature and humidity of workshop.
