摘要
为了将低分辨率多光谱图像和高分辨率全色图像进行有效融合,提出了一种提升小波变换和IHS变换相结合的图像融合新方法。该方法首先对高分辨率图像进行无下采样提升小波分解,利用提升分解得到的各提升小波面叠加的边缘信息进行区域划分,再采用分区域加边缘有效因子的融合思想实现分区融合,使得融合的图像最大限度地保留了多光谱图像的光谱信息和高分辨率图像的空间分辨率,其中区域的划分采用进化算法实现。该方法的融合结果与IHS法、小波变换法及其他改进方法进行比较,实验结果表明,该方法能较好地保留多光谱图像的光谱信息和提高分辨率图像的空间分辨率。
In order to fuse a high-resolution panchromatic image and a low-resolution image effectively, a novel image fusion algorithm using lifting wavelet transform and the IHS transform is proposed in this paper. The high-resolution panchromatic image is firstly decomposed by lifting wavelet decomposition without down-sampling to the lifting wavelet planes. Then the region is divided by edge information from the lifting wavelet planes and the proposed merging algorithm is done by adding edge influence factor in different regions. At the same time, the region is divided based on the evolutionaryalogrithm. The method proposed is compared with the IHS, the wavelet transform and other improved methods. The results of the comparison demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can fuse images with high quality more effectively for the test images.
