摘要
对高职院校辅导员队伍的现状和存在问题进行了深入分析,对辅导员的人员配置、队伍专业化、职业化建设及辅导员待遇的相关政策上,提出改进措施和建议,对高职院校辅导员队伍建设工作有一定的积极作用。
Based on the actuality and the existing problem the college counselor faces, this essay analyses the personnel deploy, group specialization and related policies, and gives a detailed discussion on the issue of how to strengthen the construction of counselor group. The proposal presented in this paper plays an active effect on the building of counselor team.
