摘要
研究生创新能力培养已成为当前我国高层次人才培养的热点问题。农科研究生的培养应以工作实践为基础,准确把握农业高校对学术创新的认识、研究生创新能力的结构与内涵。合理把握导师的不同角色,树立导师工作的新理念。同时,努力创建学科内部的学术自由环境。
Innovation abilities training of the agricultural postgraduate students has become the current hot issue among the high quality personnel training in our country. The job of cultivating the agricultural postgraduate students should take the base of the in - field work, help the students mastering the new acknowledgements of the academic innovation, the structure and the profound connotation of creativities developing which put forward by the agricultural university. As for the supervisors, they should have a rather reasionable understanding of their different roles, setting up the new concept of doing the work in person. Meanwhile, it also should build the free academic atmosphere within the agricultural study.
