摘要
工学结合是高等职业教育发展的必由之路,而校企联合培养是实现产学研结合的重要途径。虽然我院高等职业技术教育起步较晚,但发展很快。本文针对长客班的订单培养的实践进行分析和梳理,阐述校企合作实践的体会,分析校企合作中存在的问题,提出了校企合作应采取的措施,以期促进校企合作进一步深化,建立更加有效的校企合作机制。
The work-integrated learning vocational education, and that the College and system is an essential w. ay on development of Enterprise Joint Cultivation mode is an important approach of achieving a cooperation conducted among schools, enterprises, and research, the development of high vocational education is much faster, though it is done lately. Some analyses and pectinations are done on the base of Joint Cultivation between jilin vocational college of industry and technology and Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., and that some experiences of the College and Enterprise Joint Cultivation are expounded in this paper, and that some questions of the College and Enterprise Joint Cultivation are explained in this paper, in order to promote the College and Enterprise Joint Cultivation and build more effective mechanism of the College and Enterprise Joint Cultivation, some measures are given in this paper.
