阐述了不平衡报价产生的背景及概念,归纳了三类不平衡报价的表现形式,分析了不平衡报价的产生原因和可能造成的后果,同时提出了防范和控制投标单位不平衡报价的具体措施,以提高建设项目的经济效益和社会效益。
It illustrates the background and concept of imbalanced tender offer, summarizes the three kinds of embodiment forms of imbalanced tender offer, analyses the cause of imbalanced tender offer and the consequence it may be resulted in, and puts forward the detailed measures to prevent and control the imbalanced tender offer of bidding enterprises, so as to enhance the econcmic and sxocial benefit of oorLstruction enterprises.
