摘要
针对旋挖机在钻孔过程中出现的孔斜、坍孔、护筒渗水、沉渣等现象,分析了灌注过程中堵管、钢筋笼下放不到位、断桩等事故的原因及防治措施,以保证钻孔灌注桩的施工质量。
In this paper, we introduced the causes and preventive measures of accidents such as clinograph, bored hole, water seepage of casings and sediments. Also we elaborated the causes and preventive measures of blockage of pipeline, steel reinforcement cage not in place, and pile-breakage to ensure the construction quality of bored piles.
