摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展,建设用地的总规模正在不断扩大。而土地资源的有限性,使得不能仅仅靠土地的无限扩张来满足建设用地的需求。应当从已有的建设用地内部充分挖掘潜力,提高土地的集约利用水平。对位于三峡库区的重庆市万州区的土地集约利用程度进行了分析研究,并提出了集约利用的措施。
With the rapid economic development in China, the general scale of construction land was continually expanding. Based on the limitation of land resources, the construction land couldn＇t get satisfied by infinite expansion of land. To improve the level of intensive use of land, the potentialities should be exploited from the existing construction land. The degree of intensive use of land in Wanzhou District of Chongqing that located in the Three Gorges Reservoir was analyzed, and measures were put forward.
