摘要
以牛全粒面、牛磨砂革、牛修面、牛漆革四种鞋面革,猪皮里、黄革里、白面里、棕靴里四种鞋里材为研究对象。采用多因素多指标重复试验的方法,测试了鞋面材、里材单一试样及组合试样的透气性、透水汽性、吸湿性、保温性、耐菌性等性能。根据测试结果运用Matlab数据处理程序处理数据,建立了卫生性能与透气性、透水汽性、吸湿性、导热系数与耐菌性的数学模型。给出了皮鞋帮面卫生性能综合评判的公式。
The objects of this study were four kinds of shoe upper leather of cattle full grain, cattle nubuck leather, cattle corrected grain leather, cattle patent leather and four kinds of shoe lining of pig hide, yellow leather, white knitted fabrics and brown Knitted fabrics. The tests were conducted using multifactor and various indicators experimental design with replications, testing the performances of permeability, moisture permeability, moisture absorption, heat preservation and antimicrobial quality in the single sample and complex samples of shoe upper leather and shoe lining. According to the test results, the mathematical model of the relativity between the hygiene performance and permeability, moisture permeability, moisture absorption, coefficient of heat conductivity and antimicrobial quality was estabhshed using Matlab data processing. The model gave the comprehensive evaluation formula of cattle hide upper leather in hygienic property.
