摘要
文章简要介绍了基于低比特率传输通道多媒体数据通信复用协议H.223的主要内容，重点讨论了其中一些关键技术的软件实现方法，并给出了相应的快速算法。
This paper briefly introduces contents of multiplex protocol H. 223 for low bitrate multimedia communication and discusses key techniques of H. 223 in the implementation in software. The algorithms to realize these techniques are presented.
