摘要
在田间,用15个具有不同毒性基因组合的叶锈菌系混合接种在37个小麦品种(系)上,分析了品种成株期慢锈特性。并通过病害潜育期(LP)、流行速率(ER)、病程曲线下面积(AUDPC)、侵染型(IT)、夏孢子堆显症率达50%所需的有效积温(ATLP50)等抗性组分的相关分析和品种的聚类分析,初步筛选出荆州234、荆州236、荆州239、绵阳26号、绵优1号、绵优2号和818IN98等7个具有明显慢叶锈性的品种(系)。发现在病害发生有利的环境条件下,终期病情指数(FDR)小于0.30和夏孢子堆显症率达50%所需的有效积温相对值(RATLP50)大于1.20在很大程度上可代表品种慢叶锈抗病性,似可作为小麦品种慢叶锈选育的重要指标。
Slow leaf rusting resistance in 37 Chinese wheat cultivars(or lines)was evaluated following inoculation with 15 pathotypes of Puccinia recondita f.sp. tritici at the boot stage of plant development in the field,which were previously characterized for avirulence/virulence gene combination.Seven wheat cultivars of slow leaf rusting resistance e.g.Jingzhou 234,Jingzhou 236,Jingzhou 239,Mianyang 26,Mianyou 1,Mianyou 2 and 8181 N98 have been preliminarily screened by means of correlation analysis of the components of resistance,namely latent period(LP),epidemic rate (ER),area under disease progress curve(AUDPC),infection type(IT),final disease rating(FDR)and accumulation temperature of latent period by the time of the pustule eruption(ATLP50)up to 50%, and cluster of wheat cultivars.It was found that FDR less than 0.30 and RATLP50 more than 1.20 indicated to a great extent slow leaf rusting resistance in wheat under favourable conditions for disease progression,which could be considered as the most important criteria of breeding for slow leaf rusting resistance.
