摘要
通过应用茎尖组织培养技术,对起始培养基、继代培养基和生根培养基进行精心筛选,总结出了可以快速繁殖和脱除病毒的苹果茎尖组培技术,对于推动苹果无病毒苗生产、引进优良品系具有重要意义。
A set of apple propagation techniques using tissues of stem tip for culture under virus free circumstance, coupled with the careful selection of initial medium, subculture medium and rooting medium were developed.
