摘要
用60Coγ-射线照射不同品系和形态的螺旋藻丝状体、结果表明:①低剂量可刺激生长,使盐泽螺旋藻(Ss)和钝顶螺旋藻(Sp)分别增产26%和4%~10%;②4种螺旋藻虽然都具有很强的抗辐射能力,但它们的辐射敏感性又因品系和形态的不同而存在显著差异:长直形的Sp-L>长直形和弯曲形混合的Sp-D>弯曲形的Sp-1>Ss-V,在Sp-D中,长直形的藻丝体>弯曲形的藻丝体;③螺旋藻在对辐射损伤进行修复的过程中,分裂繁殖能力明显下降,当藻丝体受到严重损伤且不可修复时,就会断裂变短,甚至解体;④得到了细胞宽大、低温下能良好生长的突变体.
