摘要
棉花是山东省重要经济作物。自１９８５年以来，山东棉花生产长期处于徘徊滑坡状态。本文从棉花生产经济系统的核心（政策、科技、投入）出发，分析山东省棉花生产演变，理清面临主要问题，提出发展对策。
Cotton is one of the most important economic crop of Shandong province.Cotton production had long been decreased since 1985.From the core(i.e.policy,science and technology input )of cotton production economic system,this paper analysed the evolution of cotton production in Shandong province,straighten out the main problems faced and put out the developping tactics.
