摘要 从头孢克肟侧链酸(甲酯)合成头孢克肟侧链活性酯,收率82.8%,具有工业生产价值。 Activated ester of side chain of cefixime was prepared from 2 - （ 2 - amino - 4 - thiazolyl） - （Z） - 2 - （methoxycarbonylmethoxyimino） acetic acid, with yield of 82.8 %, which was of value in commercial manufacture.
