柴油机燃用甲醇燃料的燃烧循环变动的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在燃用甲醇燃料的1130单缸柴油机上,通过缸内燃烧分析,对影响甲醇发动机循环变动的各种因素(转速、负荷、点火提前角、喷油提前角、喷油嘴类型、压缩比、点火方式等)进行了详细的研究。试验结果表明,甲醇发动机的燃烧循环变动主要取决于着火延迟期的长短和缸内混合气层状浓度分布是否合理。缩短着火延迟期,或在火花塞跳火区域及燃烧室内获得理想的混合气层状浓度分布均可降低甲醇发动机燃烧循环变动,使发动机性能得以改善。 Based on the analysis of the combustion in cylinder, the thorough research of multiparameters (engine speed, load, ignition timing, injection timing, injection nozzle type, compression, ignition pattern etc.) on methanol engine combustion cyclic variations is made on a 1130 single cylinder diesel engine fueled with methanol. Experimental investigation shows that methanol engine cyclic variations mainly depend on the length of ignition delay and the proper mixture stratified concentration distribution in cylinder. Reducing ignition delay and the ideal mixture stratified concentration distribution near the spark plug gap and the combustion chamber can reduce methanol engine combustion cyclic variations, and modify engine performances.
