摘要
选用ＡＡ商品代肉鸡初生健雏１００只，随机分成对照组和试验组，每组５０只，两组均在相同条件下饲养。对照组颈部皮下注射生理盐水，剂量为０．１ｍＬ／只；试验组颈部皮下注射与对照组等剂量的外源性环核苷酸（ＣＮＴ）制剂，每隔４ｄ一次。试验期为４９ｄ。试验统计结果表明：试验组鸡体重、饲料利用率和成活率比对照组分别提高了７．１７％（Ｐ＜０．０１），８．１３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）和３．１６％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。公、母鸡的半净膛屠宰率、全净膛屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率试验组鸡比对照组鸡分别提高了（♂）２．１９，１．８５，２．４３（Ｐ＜０．０１），１．１２个（Ｐ＜０．０５）个百分点和（♀）１．２２，１．８８，２．５３（Ｐ＜０．０１），２．４１个（Ｐ＜０．０１）百分点。腹脂、皮脂和肌间脂分别降低了（♂）０．５６，０．０９（Ｐ＜０．０１），０．１７个百分点（Ｐ＜０．０１）和（♀）０．５０（Ｐ＜０．０５），０．０６（Ｐ＜０．０１），０．１８个百分点（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
One hundred AA broiler chickens were divided randomly into experimental group and control group,50 in each group,The experimental group were injected subcutanousely with exogenous CNT 0.1 mL per chicken every 4 days while the control group were injected with physiological saline.During the 49 days of experimental period,chickens were raised in same condition.The statistical data showed that compared with the control group,the chicken's weight and feed conversion ratio increased by 7.17% and 8.13% respectively;dressing percentage,brisket percentoge increased by 2.63%,2.51%,13.54%(P<0.01),in cock and 1.49%,2.64%,17.75%(P<0.01),in hen,respectively;fat content of abdomen skin,intermuscle decreased by 2.41%,11.53%(P<0.01),16.68%(P<0.01)in cock and 19.15%(P<0.01),8.57%(P<0.05),20.68%(P<0.01)in hen,respectively;and the survival rate increased by 3%.
