摘要
研究了乙酰丙酮与丙烯腈在醋馥钾一乙二醇催化下合成一氰乙基化乙酰丙酮的方法。4-乙酰基-5-氧代已腈(Ⅰ)的产率为86%。由Ⅰ得到的酮酸(Ⅱ)在硫酸铁催化下与醇反应得到了相应的酮酸酯(Ⅲ_(a~g))。产率为7l%~98%。Ⅱ在硫酸铁催化下直接环合得到5-乙酰基-6-甲基-3,4-二氢化α-吡喃酮(Ⅳ)。Ⅲ_(b~g),Ⅳ是未见文献报导的新化合物。
A mixture of acetylacetone and acok in ethylene glycol was treated with acrylonitrile to obtain 4-acetyl-5-oxo-hexanitril( I ), which was coverted to the corresponding carboxylic acid (Ⅱ) with diluted HCl.When δ-ketonic acid(Ⅱ) was refluxed in xylene in the presence of ferric sulfate the unsaturated lactone 5-acetyl-6-methyl-3, 4-dihydro-α-pyrone(Ⅳ) was formed and the yield was 78%.Moreover, esterification of 4-acetyl-5-oxo-heranic acid (Ⅱ) with alcohols (ethanol, npropanol, i-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, n-pentanol and i-pentanol) in the presence of ferric sulfate as catalyst gave the corresponding esters (Ⅲ_(a~g)) in good yeilds(71%~98%).Ⅲ_(a~g) and Ⅳ are new compounds.
