摘要
针对高职院校数字图书馆建设过程中存在的问题,论述了数字图书馆建设发展的宏观策略、投资策略、技术策略、服务策略、经营策略和人才策略。
Macro, investment, technical, service, management and talent tactics for digital library development were discussed based on the problems in the development of digital library in vocational technical colleges.
