摘要
针对灾后恢复重建时期建设的现实情况,探讨了多种废弃物在灾后环境重建中的利用方式和与其相适应的环境营建方法,提出了通过增加重建工程的文化性、艺术性和生态性来提升废弃物品利用价值的主张。
Aiming at the reality of construction during the period of rehabilitation after disasters, this paper makes discussion of the mode of utilization of various kinds of discards in environmental reconstruction after disasters and the corresponding practical application, It advocates that the use value of discards can be raised through improving the cuhural, artistic and ecological quality of rehabilitated project.
