摘要
对影响城市居住区抗震防灾能力的关键性规划因素进行了分析,提出通过提高居住区规划编制和法规体系的防灾控制力、优化居住区土地利用和公共空间布局结构以及整合重要公共设施空间以提高城市居住区抗震防灾能力的策略和措施。
This paper makes analysis of the key factors of planning, which influence the capability to resist earthquake and prevent disasters in urban residential district. It advances that the tactics and measures for improvement should be by way of enhancing the control capacity in laws and regulations of planning, optimizing land use and structural arrangement of public space and integrating the space of public important utilities.
