摘要
针对海上油田注聚用水短缺的问题,开展了对纳滤软化海水配制聚丙烯酰胺溶液的研究。考察了不同纳滤软化海水所配制聚丙烯酰胺溶液的粘度,发现配聚用海水经过纳滤软化可使聚丙烯酰胺溶液粘度增加2.7~9.6倍。对软化海水所配聚丙烯酰胺溶液进行了长期稳定性考察,结果表明,NFI的聚丙烯酰胺溶液具有较好的稳定性,90天内溶液粘度保留率在70%以上,且符合油藏温度条件下聚驱溶液粘度在30mPa.s以上的指标要求。
In view of the shortage of freshwater for polymer flooding in offshore oilfield, the seawater desalination by nanofiltration and preparing polyacrylamide (PAM)solution by softened seawater were studied. The viscosities of PAM solutions prepared by various softened seawater samples were tested. It was found that the viscosity of PAM-softened seawater system was 2.7--9.6 times higher than that of PAM-seawater system. Test for long-term stability of PAM-softened seawater system was carried out and softened seawater by nanofiltration using NFI film was selected to be used for polymer flooding since the viscosity retention rate of PAM-NFI system was more than 70%0 after 90-day storage and its viscosity well met the oilfield required viscosity of 30 mPa · s.
