摘要
华能南通电厂机组投运以来,通过加强运行检修管理、机组冷态启动利用邻机辅汽暖机、对外方提供的前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉油枪自投逻辑和磨煤机启停投油逻辑进行修改、对节油奖励方式实行变革等一系列低投资节油措施。以此来减少机组启动次数、减少锅炉启动时间、减少油枪误投、减少磨煤机启停用油、提高运行人员节油积极性,机组燃油量大幅降低(2008年上半年平均每台机组降至70 t),在现有燃烧设备的基础上达到了投资少节油效果显著的目的。
Series of counter measures have been taken by Huaneng Nantong Power Plant to reduce the investment and oil consumption, including strengthening the management of operation and maintenance, utilizing the auxiliary steam of adjacent power units for warming up in cold-state start-up, modifying the automatic ignition logic of oil guns for the opposite firing boiler, adjusting the oil control logic of pulverizer, implementing reforms on the incentive mechanisms of oil conservation, etc. For these, the oil consumption has been reduced greatly; typically the average unit oil consumption has been reduced up to 70 t by the first half of 2008. Several significant achievements have been made in the investment and oil reduction by reducing the frequency and interval of start-up and shut-down, preventing the malfunction of oil guns, reducing the oil consumption of pulverizer for start-up and shut-down, encouraging operators to save oil.
