摘要
我国各政党之间关系的和谐,特别是中国共产党与各民主党派之间的和谐,既是整个社会关系和谐的重要组成部分,也是各种社会关系和谐的政治基础。中国共产党与各民主党派的党际和谐文化建设,是当代中国社会和谐文化建设的重要组成部分。当代中国党际和谐文化有着深厚的传统底蕴和现实基础,其建设有利于巩固和发展我国和谐的政党关系,从而有利于增强中国特色政党制度的利益表达和政治整合功能,促进我国社会主义和谐社会的构建。党际和谐文化建设需要执政党与参政党共同努力。
The harmonious relationship between political parties in China,especially harmonious relationships of CPC with the democratic parties,is an important component of a harmonious society.It is also seen as the political basis for maintaining harmony among various social relationships.The construction of a harmonious inter-party culture between CPC and the democratic parties is an important component of constructing the contemporary harmonious social culture.The harmonious inter-party culture in contemporary China has a rich tradition and solid foundation,which strengthens the Chinese institution of parties and its political function,and promote construction of a socialist harmonious society.Needless to say,it requires the combined efforts of both the ruling Party and the opposition parties.
