摘要
作为牙科CAD/CAM加工的切削陶瓷材料,其显微结构与机械性能有密切关系,本研究采用金相技术分析了Vita Mark Ⅱ型可切削陶瓷的显微结构。结果表明:该陶瓷有相互交错的网状结构组成.主要成分为SiO_2、Al_2 O_3、K_2O、Na_2O。晶粒大不一,平均为2~6μm,且两相分布不均匀。因而,影响了该陶瓷的强度,使之只能作为后牙嵌体和前牙贴面材料。
As a machinable glass ceramic material for the fabrication of dental CAD/CAM, its microstructure is relationship with its mechanic properties. The study analyzed the microstructure of Vita mark Ⅰ machinable ceramic with metallographic technology. The results indicated : Vita mark Ⅱ machinable ceramic consisted of SiO2、 Al2O3、K2O、Na2O, formed interlocking network structure. The size of crystalline was inconsistent, about 2 - 6;tm, and then the distributions of two phases were not u-niform. Therefore, the strength of ceramic was reduced. This ceramic material was only made of posterior inlay (onlay) or anterior veneers.
