金青顶矿急倾斜薄矿脉回采过程采场破坏区域数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对金青顶矿急倾斜薄矿脉采矿方法,应用有限元数值软件分析其回采、采场及其围岩应力演化过程,通过分析发现矿体开采后,采场围矿应力重新分布,并出现应力集中,随着回采工作面的上升,顶板压应力有明显的上升趋势,两帮拉应力集中区范围随回采工作面的上升而增加。在30m以下的回采过程中,因拉应力过大造成塑性区分布在以节理为边界的范围内。当超过30m以后,塑性区范围扩大到围岩,围岩、节理都有不同程度的破坏。下盘塑性区明显多于上盘,并且破坏程度较上盘严重。 In the light of the mining method of steeply pitching thin vein of Jinqingding Mine, the finite element numerical analysis software was applied to analyze stoping process, stope and evolutionary process of surrounding rock stress of Jinqingding Mine. The analysis results indicated that the surrounding rock stress of the stope would redistribute after the ore body was exploited, and the stress concentrated in the surrounding rock. As the stoping face rose, compressive stress of roof plate increased obviously, tensile stress of two sides in the concentration zone increased as the stoping face rose. Higher tensile stress made the plastic zone distribute in the range surrounded by joint when exploitation height was less than 30m. As the plastic zone expanded to the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock and the joint were destroyed in some degree. The scope of the plastic zone in the footwall was large thari that of the hanger, and destruction of the scope of the plastic zone in the footwall was serious.
