摘要
从食品成分角度论述了近期对水的研究进展。水分子的特殊构造、水分子团的存在与人的生命和生理息息相关。笔者关于电生功能水的研究表明,功能性水大有开发前景。
The recent research on water was discussed from the point of view of food compositions in this paper.The special structure of water molecule structure had great impact on the lives and physiological activities to human beings.The study on the activated water indicated that there existed vast prospect in the development of activated water.
