摘要
介绍了选煤工艺流程及控制系统的要求,给出了选煤楼控制系统PLC梯形图,分析了图中主要输入输出点的作用。该系统具有灵活性、实用性和可靠性,对于特别的控制要求,可以通过改变程序来实现,系统更新比较方便。
The technological process of coal cleaning and requirment of the control system are introduced. The PLC ladder diagram of coal cleaning house is presented, and the functions of the main I/O points in the ladder diagram are analysed. This system is characterized by its flexibility, practicality and reliability, can satisfy the special control requirments by changing the procedure, and renews quite conveniently.
