摘要
在井下铲运机状态监测和故障诊断中,为了同时检测其原动机主轴的扭矩和转速,介绍了一种T8扭矩/转速组合型传感器。阐述了该传感器的基本结构、电路原理和工作原理等通过在井下铲运机上反复试验,结果表明,该传感器具有检测精度高、稳定性好、抗潮湿性能强等一系列优点。
In the state detection and fault diagnosis of the underground LHD, for detecting the torque and rotating speed of the prime motor principal axis at the same time, a TS-type torque/ rotating speed sensor is introduced. The basic structure, circuit and operating principles of this sensor are expounded. Through the tests of the sensor in the underground LHD many times, the results show that the sensor is featured by high accuracy, good stability and moisture resistance and so on.
