通过对卡环受力的分析和计算,明确了弹性挡圈从缸口飞出的内在原因,提出可行的解决方案及设计改进措施;通过对立柱中缸的受力分析和计算,以及对液压控制回路和使用现场情况的分析,找出中缸鼓胀变形失效的原因,并对关键零件设定控制项,对液压控制回路提出合理的改进措施。
By analysing and calculating the loads on clasps, the internal cause that the elastic collars fly out of the cylinder's grooves is found and the feasible solution and the design improvement are brought forward; by analyzing and calculating the loads on the middle cylinder in the dual-extension hydraulic legs and connecting with hydrcndic control circuits and the practice, the cause of middle cylinder's bulge distortion is found and the control items are set to the key parts and the reasonable improvements and advice are put forward.
