增塑剂与淀粉浆膜性能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 研究增塑剂对淀粉浆膜性能的影响。以酸解淀粉为基本材料,选择了酰胺类、醇类和酰胺类/醇类复合型3种增塑剂,分别加入淀粉浆液中制备浆膜并测试性能。试验结果表明:加入适量增塑剂对淀粉浆膜的脆性有显著改善作用,不仅可提高淀粉浆膜的断裂伸长率和耐屈曲次数,还可增强淀粉浆膜的抗磨能力;增塑剂用量在10%及以上时,淀粉浆膜的断裂伸长率随增塑剂用量的增加而增大,耐屈曲次数也随之有较大幅度提高,磨耗则有所下降;浆膜断裂强度随增塑剂用量的增加几乎呈直线下降趋势。 Relationship between plasticizer and starch size film property was studied. Acidolysis starch was taken as basic material,three kinds of plasticizer were chosen i.e. amides plasticizer, alcohols plasticizer and amides/alcohols composite plasticizer and put into starch sizing to make film and test its property. The result shows that proper plasticizer could improve starch film fragility, not only starch film breaking elongation rate and flexing resistance time could be increased but also starch film abrasion resistance could be enhanced. When plasticizer content is up 10% ,breaking elongation rate of starch film will be increased with the content addition, flexing resistance time will be increased as well, while detritions will be reduced,breaking tenacity of starch film is reduced straightly with the plasticizer addition.
