摘要
在脉冲TIG焊系统中,应用多输入单输出的无模型自适应控制方法,通过同时调节焊接峰值电流及送丝速度,将熔池的背面熔宽控制到期望值.结果表明,只需对控制变量进行较小幅值的调整,则能够快速控制背面熔宽至期望值,从而提高其效率,且有利于背面熔宽的稳定成形.同时,通过实验进一步验证了该方法的有效性.
The multi-input single output (MISO) model-free adaptive control method was applied in pulsed TIG welding system. The backside width of weld pool was arrived at the desired value by adjusting welding peak current and wire feeding speed at the same time. Because of using two parameters, the desired value could be got by adjusting only a little value of control variable. This method could not only improve efficiency but also be helpful to the forming of backside width.
