摘要
心脏封堵器置入已成为先天性心脏病治疗的重要组成部分。该技术虽属微创手术,但须在手术室外施行麻醉,麻醉方面有其一定的特殊性,麻醉医师要同时兼顾小儿麻醉、先天性心脏病手术麻醉和手术室外麻醉的特点,增加了麻醉的难度。文章探讨了心脏封堵器置入过程中麻醉相关问题对生物相容性的影响。
Cardiac occluder implantation becomes an important therapy for congenital heart disease. Although it is a minimally invasive technology, anesthesia should be performed out of the operating room. In addition, the anesthetist should consider characteristics of pediatric anesthesia, surgery anesthesia for congenital heart disease and anesthesia out of the operating room, which increases anesthesia difficulty. This paper discussed the influence of anesthesia-associated problems on biocompatibility during cardiac occluder implantation.
