摘要
目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合地霜治疗单纯性女阴瘙痒症的疗效。方法60例患者随机分成2组,治疗组采用润燥止痒胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,同时外用地霜,每晚1次,连续治疗4周;对照组30例单独外用地霜,方法疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组有效率86.67%,对照组36.67%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合地霜治疗单纯性女阴瘙痒症安全有效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Runzao itching capsule on treating simple vulvar pruritus. Methods Sixty patients with simple vulvar pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with Runzao itching oral capsules, four tablets a time, three times daily and Dexamethasone topical cream every night. In control group, patients were only treated with Dexamethasone topical cream every night. The two groups were evaluated after continuous treatment for four weeks. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, and that of the control group was 36.67%. The difference between them was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Runzao itching capsule is an effective and safe way on treating simple vulvar pruritus.
