摘要
基于对卷烟生产工艺流程和能源流程的分析,利用能源投入产出模型建立了包括产品指标的划分、能源投入产出表的编制及各种评价指标的计算的卷烟企业能耗分析方法。以某卷烟企业的能耗和物耗数据为基础,利用该方法分析了该卷烟企业的能源利用状况,得到了卷烟生产过程中能源产品与非能源产品的直接消耗系数、完全消耗系数、直接综合能耗和完全综合能耗等指标,对卷烟生产过程能耗考核、评价和预测具有实用价值。
By analyzing of process flow and energy flow and using of the energy input-output model, an energy consumption analyzing method for cigarette enterprise was developed, which included categorization of products indexes, tabulating of energy input-output and calculating of various evaluation indexes. Basing on its data of energy and material consumption, the energy utilization of a cigarette enterprise was analyzed with the developed method, and the direct and total consumption coefficients, direct and total comprehensive energy consumption of energy products and non-energy products in production process were obtained, which was of practical use for examining, evaluating and predicating the energy consumption in cigarette production process.
