摘要
《劳动合同法》对民营企业的影响正逐步显现出来,影响范围涉及到企业成本、企业建章立制、用工管理规范以及劳动关系、企业家信心等多个方面。为此该文提出把握舆论导向提振企业家信心、对企业分类管理减轻企业成本压力以及加快企业转型等对策建议。
The influences of the "Labor Contract Law" is progressively appearing on the private enterprises, and the scope involves enterprise costs, rules and regulations of management, labor - captial relation, Confidence of entre- preneurs and so on. For this reason, the article raises measures on reviving entrepreneurs' confidence by holding direc- tion of public opinion, reducing the pressure of enterprise costs by classified management, as well as accelerating the enterprise restructuring, etc.
