摘要
蚜虫报警信息素的结构为倍半萜类的(反)-β-法尼烯(简称EBF),该类信息素施用于田间,可使一定范围内的蚜虫虫口密度控制在域值之内。利用化学计算软件HyperChem对EBF及其13个类似物进行化学计算,得到相关的电子结构信息,并通过对空间立体结构、前线分子轨道及净电荷的分析得出了构效关系的初步结论,为进一步设计和合成高效的EBF类似物提供了重要的理论参考依据。
Aphids alarm pheromone with the structure of sesquiterpene category (anti-)-β-farnesene (EBF) appling in the field, that enable control the aphid population density in the domain. Using chemical calculation software HyperChem, the EBF with 13 analogues' chemical calculations have been analyzed. The paper shows the (anti-)-β-farnesene and its analogues' QSAR. The preliminary rules for further design and synthesis of highly efficient EBF analogues provide an important frame of reference.
