摘要
介绍了当前油气长输管道工程设计最新的三种方法:(1)基于缺陷评估的设计方法。该方法在设计阶段进行的缺陷评估主要有裂纹缺陷评估和腐蚀缺陷评估。(2)基于应变的设计方法。其关键是确定管道在地震和地质灾害中将要承受的应变及管道本身所能够承受的应变极限。(3)全寿命设计方法。这是为寻求全寿命周期内管道工程的人文、生态、环境、技术、功能和经济效益等综合最优,对结构、材料、耐久性、环保、施工、管护以及全寿命成本等进行综合设计的方法。文章阐述了这三种设计方法的设计思想、主要设计内容及设计步骤,评价了这三种设计方法各自的优势及适用范围。
There are currently three kinds of newest design methods of long-distance oil and gas trans- mission pipelines: (1) design method based on defect assessments, including crack defect assessment and cor- rosion defect assessment; (2) design method based on strain, including strain and strain limit of pipeline in earthquake and geological disaster; (3) design method based on whole life of pipeline engineering, including searching synthetic optimal solution under the conditions of humanity, ecology, environment, technology, func- tion and economic benefit of pipeline engineering during whole life as well as concerning structure, materials, durability, environmental protection, construction, maintenance and whole life costs, and so on. The design ideology, main design contents and design steps of these three methods are described and their advantages and applicable scopes are assessed in this paper.
