摘要
在油田注水开发中,射孔套管的剩余壁厚及反冲洗过程中地层围压的不均匀性直接影响反洗井工艺的洗井压力。采用概率统计的方法,给出了套管剩余壁厚与服役期的关系;采用有限元法,在考虑材料非线性以及瞬态效应的条件下,确定了不同壁厚的套管在承受不同载荷状态下的承载能力,为反洗井工艺提供了理论依据。
In the oilfield of injecting of water to develop, the surplus thickness of perforation cas ing and the asymmetry confining pressure of the stratum directly affected the well cleanup pressure. The functional relation between the surplus thickness and using time were given adopting the probability statistics method. Under the consideration of the material nonlinear with transient effect, the carrying,capacity of the various thickness casing and various loads were ensured, using the finite element. The result can offer the theory basis to technology of anti-cleanup well.
