摘要
以活性炭和硅胶的混合物为固定相、以甲苯为流动相的常压柱色谱法分离提纯煤基富勒烯,考察了活性炭的性质及色谱柱长度对纯C60收率的影响,并与分步结晶法进行了比较.结果表明:纯C60的收率随活性炭碘值的增大而减小,但随活性炭pH值的增大而增加;对富勒烯的分离提纯而言,柱色谱的高径比存在一个最佳值;在毫克级分离量水平上,柱色谱法在C60的收率和纯度两方面明显优于分步结晶法.
he possibilities for preparative separation of fullerene mixture by column chromatography on activated carbon as a stationary phase are shown. The mixture obtained from the metallurgical coke arc soot contains 71.8% C60 and 26.8% C70 with the remainder being higher fullerenes. The effect of the nature of the activated carbon and the ratio of column length to its diameter on the recovered C60 yield was studied. It is shown that the smaller specific surfacearea and the higher pH value of activated carbon lead to an increase of the recovered C60 yield. For each type of activated carbon, there may exist an optimum ratio of column length to diameter. In addition, the performance of column chromatography was compared with that of the fraction crystalliztion methodin terms of the purity and yield of the recovered C60.
