摘要
城市轨道交通建设资金筹措是我国轨道交通建设的一大难题,该文从我国轨道交通建设的现状问题入手,分析了联合开发的含义与类型特征,探讨了轨道交通与土地利用联合开发的可行性,对我国实施联合开发提出了建议。
Financing the construction of urban rail transit poses a serious problem to the rail construction in China. Starting with the current issues, this article analyzes the significance and type features of joint development, studies the feasibility of the joint development of urban rail transit and land utilization, and puts forward some suggestions on its implementation.
