第170例 骨髓移植术后-双肺部团絮状密度增高影-奴卡菌感染

摘要 患者男，16岁，因骨髓移植术后5个月，发热于2005年1月入院。患者2003年12月因乏力、发烧，经骨髓象检查确诊为急性粒细胞性白血病M2。经化疗达完全缓解。2004年8月接受其胞姐全相合造血干细胞移植。预处理方案采用环磷酰胺加全身照射。移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）预防采用联合免疫抑制剂（环孢菌素A、氨甲喋呤）。移植过程顺利。移植后第50天环孢菌素A开始减量，
