激光治疗近视眼中的计算仿真

摘要 为了研究用准分子激光术原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视眼后的眼球的整体变形,根据前人测量眼球的前后径、左右径和角膜部分的尺寸,计算出角膜壳厚度和巩膜椭圆的短轴,建立了眼球的三维壳体ANSYS有限元模型,给出了其弹性状态下受内压作用的应力、应变计算结果,并进行了角膜变形分析。 For the purpose of studying the entire deformation of eyeballs after curing myopia by laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery, this paper calculates the thickness of corneal shell and the short axis of sclera by measuring eyeball volume, left-right diameter and front-back diameter to establish the ANSYS finite model of three- dimension shell of eyeball, obtains the results of stress and strain subjected to inner pressure under elastic state of the eyeball, and analyzes the cornea deformation.
