摘要 电主轴是一种高速的主轴部件单元,它是高速加工技术发展的必然性选择。电主轴独特的内置式电机结构形式,使得其发热问题突出,如果散热状况解决不好,将严重地影响电主轴的正常工作。对于电主轴热态特性研究,分析了电主轴的热源和散热方式,通过有限单元法,对电主轴进行网格划分,求出电主轴中各节点的具体温度值及温度场分布云图,建立了液体静压电主轴的热态数学模型。电主轴热态模型的建立及温度场的分析,可以为电主轴的设计提供一定的依据。 Motorized spindle is a high speed spindle component; it is inevitable choice of high speed machining. Motorized spindle has a prominent heat problem for its specific configuration of build-in motor. And if the heat produced cannot be transferred well, it will influence motorized spindle working normally. On the research of motorized spindle thermal property, heat resources and heat transferring ways were analyzed. The nodes temperature and temperature distribution of motorized spindle were concluded through FEM and meshing. Thermal model of motorized spindle was built finally. The building of thermal model and temperature distribution analysis can provide warranty for motorized spindle designing.
