摘要
风能是一种间歇性能源,大容量风电并网对电网的运行造成了影响,这些问题将制约风力发电的进一步发展。研究利用有源型电压源直流输电技术,解决大容量风电的波动对电网带来影响的问题。通过对有源型电压源直流输电技术的分析,提出将储能单元的充放电功率与其参考值的偏差作为直流电压控制的附加信号的控制策略。通过控制并联在有源型电压源直流输电系统的储能单元的充放电功率,补偿风电的功率波动,从而使风电场注入到电网的功率稳定。仿真结果验证了该控制策略的可行性。
Due to the intermittence of wind energy, the connection of large-capacity wind energy with a power system issue the challenge to the security and operation of the latter, and this problem will condition further development of wind power generation. In this paper, a control strategy of a VSC-HVDC system with energy storage is proposed to solve problems by integrated wind energy with large capacity into the power system. By means of analyzing the VSC-HVDC technology, it is put forward to consider the error of the stored energy unit power as an additional signal for the DC bus voltage control. The fluctuation of the wind power will be balanced through the control of the charging and discharging power of the energy storage unit connected with the VSC-HVDC system in parallel to make the injected wind power into the power system stable. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
