摘要
建立了DXZ32/900移动模架的支撑托架有限元计算模型,通过制梁和过孔阶段的计算和分析,提出了便捷有效的调整方案和改进措施,建议调低张拉梁端部的张拉力值;同时在不同阶段采取不同的张拉力设定值,以满足不同工况的要求,并在施工中得到成功实践和应用。
The paper describes how the finite element model for the upholding bracket of DXZ32/900 bridge fabricating system is built and puts forward the improved design, which features reduced tensile force on the end of tension beam and having the different force values at different construction stages to meet the requirements of the various working conditions. This approach has been applied to actual project successfully.
