摘要
27例轻、中、重型脑外伤恢复期患者用韦氏成人智力量表中的有关知识、领悟及图片排列、符号数字转换和移珠、指向记忆、联想学习、图像回忆、人物特征联想回忆、符号划消、词语流畅和阅读流畅性等内容进行了测试。结果表明：脑外伤患者大脑皮层功能很长时间内都遗留着不同程度的记忆力、注意力、信息处理速度及语言流畅等各个方面的功能障碍，与正常人比较差异有显著意义，P＜0．05或0．01。另外脑外伤患者还存在心理方面的障碍，这对今后的研究治疗提供了一个值得探讨的领域。
Twenty-seven patients in convalescence with middle, moderate. and serious types of brain infory were studied using Wechsler Mental Schedule involving comprehension. picture assignment, symbolfigure exchange, moving bead test, directional memory, associated learning picture recall, person's character recall, symbol elimination test, verbal expression and reading test. The findings showed that the function disorders in cerebral cortex in the patients with brain injury remained for a long time in different degrees in aspects as intelligence, memory, attention, handling speed of in formation and language, with a significant difference as compared with normal subjects (P<0. 05, P<0. 01)
