摘要
目的:评价快速诊断试剂测定新生儿促甲状腺激素(TSH)的分析性能。方法:分别用化学发光免疫测定试剂盒、时间分辨免疫荧光测定试剂盒和金标快速检测试剂盒测定相应要求标本的TSH含量。结果:金标快速检测与时间分辨免疫荧光测定及化学发光免疫测定比较,检测效果更好,特异性与敏感性都比较高。结论:金标快速检测测定TSH具有重复性好、可报告范围宽、灵敏度高等优点,适合于临床应用。
Objective To evaluation the analysis performance of the fas： diagnosis reagent in the diagnosis of newborn＇s TSH. Method Chemiluminescence immunity determination reagent box, time resolution immunity fluorometrie assay reagent box and golden sign fast examination reagent box were used to determine the TSH content of corresponding request specimens. Results Comparing to time resolution immunity fluorometric assay and chemiluminescence immunity determination, golden sign fast examination was better in the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis. Conclusion Using golden sign fast examination for determinating TSH was better duplication, wider scope report and higher sensitivity, so it is suit for the clinical practice.
