摘要
定期滴油润滑的摩托车传动链道路行驶试验结果表明,滚子链套筒与销轴零件的主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损,并伴随有疲劳磨损的特征;在磨粒磨损机制下,一定范围内,套筒与销轴零件的初始表面硬度较高,渗层深度和心部硬度匹配合理,渗层硬度梯度较小,较佳的渗层及心部组织,都有利于改善其磨损表面形貌状态和耐磨性。
The road tests of transmission chain for motor cycle with periodic lubrication showed that the main wear mechanism was abrasive wear, accompanied with fatigue wear;That under abrasive wear mechanism , both morphology of wear surface and wear resistance could be improved with high surface hardness of bush and pin, reasonable matching of carburized layer's depth and center hardness, low micro-hardness gradient and fine metallography of carburized layer and center.
