金属带式无级变速器数学模型极其鲁棒控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了金属带式无级变速器控制原理,对无级变速器电液控制系统基本组成元件进行了分析,建立了无级变速器电液控制系统的数学模型,将基于Riccati方程状态反馈解的标准鲁棒H∞控制器设计方法用于金属带式无级变速器的电液控制系统中,设计出了鲁棒H∞控制器,并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,通过鲁棒H∞控制可使系统稳定性提高,控制精度提高,并使系统具有较强的抗干扰能力,表现出很强的鲁棒性。 The control theory about the control system of the metal pushing belt CVT is introduced, the basic composed elements are analysed, the mathematical model of the system is established, apply the robust theory based on the Riccati state-feedback equation to the electro-hydraulic control system of the metal pushing belt CVT controlled by ratio valve, the robust controller is designed and the simulation is analysed. The result indicates that the system stability and control precision can be improved, the control system has a much stronger anti ?jamming ability and tracking performance by robust control, the control system behaves a much stronger robustness, so the effect is satisfactory.
